CONTROL
Keep your mind focused on important and worthy things. Set goals for the future. Set
goals and priorities for what you think and do. Visualize actions for practice. Keep
positive images at hand to call on whenever needed. Develop a strategy for dealing with problems. Learn to relax. Enjoy successes .
Be honest with yourself and with others. Be in the habit of eating well and keeping a
healthy physiology – stand tall, chin up and smile!

CHALLENGE
Be courageous and strong. Change and improve each day. Do your best at all times.
Always look forward and don't look back. See learning and change as opportunities. Try
new things. Read! Build your positive vocabulary. Keep track of your mental and
physical health. Be optimistic.

CONSTANT
Create a habit of your positive thoughts and outlook! The positive attitude will become
second nature and intuitively be there for you at all times. Add music to your life. Again…
