Network Marketing is, in some ways, the most forgiving business in the world. Once you get it going, you can kind of coast and still make money.
I call it "the success coma". You're going through the motions... you're attending the events... you're talking to the occasional prospect... you're staying in touch with your team... But you aren't really building.
In other words, you aren't really bringing any value. Put another way, if you worked in a company and were paid a salary for what you're doing in Network Marketing you'd either be fired or given a strong warning.
I've been there and it's not a good place. If we are not growing, we are dying. It's SO important to always have that next goal, that next rank, that next event that keeps us fired up and focused.
Life is too short for doing things halfway. Your team deserves better. Your prospects deserve better. YOU deserve better.
DO NOT take the forgiving nature of Network Marketing for granted or, in a pretty short period of time, you'll feel the sting of negative momentum.
Be strong. Be a leader. Be your BEST SELF.
The world needs you.
